FAQ¶

1. Credit Cards are not working properly!
Common problem:
Alias management has to be activated on Ingenico side.

2. A redirect payment is not working!
For redirect payment method, you have to enable the shop URL in the Ingenico Backend. You can enter the configuration in Configuration->Technische Informationen -> Data and origin verification

3. Wie vermeide ich einen Sha-Mismatch?
Ein Sha-Mismatch kann entstehen, wenn im Ingenico Backend nicht alle Attribute zugewiesen sind.

Wichtig: SHA-512 / Alle Attribute zuweisen und SHA-IN und SHA-OUT Werte korrekt in die Shop-Konfiguration übernehmen.
