Tickets management rules¶

If the issue reported affects all customers - it gets into PayPal support. If not and customer is willing to pay - gets own project within the corresponding connector. Issue gets the Epic named by merchant and in the title the end in brackets shoud be the source where the issue was raising - preferred the agency working for merchant. Example Epic "Mueller:, issue "Cansel Vaulting not working (kps).
